We are looking for talented and passionate line cooks to join our teamat Koloman! This is an opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic restaurant. Cooks are responsible are responsible for food production and plating in accordance with company specsifications and timing standards. We are looking for cooks that have: Experience as a line cook (1+ year in fine dining or michelin preffered) Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a kitchen Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude Food handling NYC certification not required but is a plus About Us Kolomanis a contemporaryEuropeanrestaurant where Chef Markus Glocker blends Parisian creativity with Viennese tradition.
